This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

You are in a situation where your "only choice" is perseverance, moving forward, probably against resistance and with difficulty. You will be dealing with heavy burdens of work and responsibility -- probably assumed as a result of your own success. You may need to delegate and make others carry their fair share of the load -- but when push really comes to shove, you will be the only one who can really make things happen and fulfill the requirements that are present here.

You may feel weighted down with worries and concerns, but still required to carry on -- because again, the buck stops with you and you are the only person able to do what has to be done. These circumstances may feel extremely oppressive ... and you may have to decide if you have really bitten off more than you can chew in handling this matter. You will be seriously over-committed and lacking in time for yourself -- or anything else.

You may need to get rid of what you no longer need, find help wherever you can, and get ready for a new level of growth -- because you've gotten about all that's available for you here ... except "more of the same." At this point, however, you are aware of this condition ... and can work with it openly and directly.

You are also in a situation where you feel trapped, imprisoned, limited in options, and unable to do anything positive to resolve this issue without a great deal of discomfort and upset. You may feel anxious, worried, and powerless. You may be unable to think clearly about your present circumstances, let alone make constructive, informed decisions.

You may know what needs to be done ... but hold back from doing it for complex and compelling reasons. The "cure" may be worse than the problem in your mind ... and in your paralysis, you simply perpetuate this unpleasant, unproductive stalemate. You may be letting others interfere with your perceptions and decisions.

You may be waiting for life ... or other circumstances to "rescue" you from this arrangement. Through your indecisiveness and cowardice you may simply be building things to a more intense level of crisis -- but that may be what it takes to move you to action. This is a very damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't situation ... but you may prefer putting up with the discomfort -- for now -- than risking what might happen if you really take steps to do what needs to be done.

You honestly may not see a good way out of these circumstances ... or ways to adequately compensate for the problems they are causing you. But you are at least aware of the seriousness of these arrangements ... and are able to deal with them openly and directly.

You have pushed yourself in order to meet your responsibilities ... virtually to the breaking point. You may be on the verge of illness because of the load of commitments, responsibilities and stress you are handling.

The need for you to "do it all" needs to change. This level of tension, frustration, and exhaustion is having a serious effect on your thinking, your attitudes, and the choices you are making now as you work to cope with the challenges in your life.

You need to come up with a new vision, a new set of goals, a new sense of confidence in yourself, and a new way of meeting the world. You need to refresh and rework your vision of who you are, what you want to accomplish, and how you plan to get to where you want to be from where you are right now.

You are in an experience of emotional loss -- perhaps something from your past or part of your personal history that has shown up again to haunt you. This may be something you expected -- something you were able to predict, because the pain of this encounter is lessened somehow by its familiarity. This is a sad place you've walked through before -- perhaps in other guises ... but you know how this song goes -- and, worse, how it ends.

The feelings here are regret, resignation, sorrow -- but with a sense of "déjà vu". As I said ... you've been through this -- or coped with it -- before This may be a lesson you need to meet one more time -- as a way of helping you finally find the ways to get past it!! However, despite the brave front you may manage to put on ... this could hurt -- more than you realize.

You may be reluctant to admit the seriousness of what is happening here ... or you may not know anything constructive you can do to compensate for or correct this matter. But at least you are able to deal with it openly and directly. It hasn't the power to "sneak up on your blind side" any more -- for the moment.

You are in conditions of conflict, separation, misunderstanding, and quarrelling -- possibly regarding an important relationship or alliance. The energy of this card is that of "coming apart," and indicates unbalanced relationships, failure to communicate well, failure to understand your partner and his or her needs, and an overall lack of support and appreciation in either direction among you and your associates.

It can also indicate circumstances where someone in a relationship is too possessive, dishonest, too demanding, manipulative, or cold. There is a severe lack of balance and equality in what should be a much more even or independent arrangement.

It indicates arguments, disputes, distrust, unhappiness, loneliness, and "feeling distant" from those who are supposed to care for you -- and about whom you, too, ostensibly care. This is an energy of unhappiness ... and feeling both unloved and unloving. You may not know what to do about this ... or how to compensate for the problems it causes you. You may also not fully understand the extent to which it is influencing and possibly damaging your efforts to resolve the challenges you are coping with.

Soon, you will come to a new beginning, a new vision of what you want to accomplish -- or become, a new start buoyed on a new sense of self-confidence and new opportunities. This may involve a new sense of who you are, new ways of honoring and "being true" to yourself, new purposes, and new goals. You will embrace new energy and enthusiasm ... as you know you are going in the right direction and stepping up to a new level of personal development and achievements.

Eventually, you will need some time to fantasize, dream, brainstorm ... and refocus your intentions. You may find yourself in a period of indecision, confusion, and inertia ... where fantasy is preferable to reality, and the ability to act is hindered by a lack of clear direction. You may need to concentrate, be realistic, and not get lost in wishful thinking -- or simply spinning your wheels ... and getting nowhere. There is also a danger of becoming lost in a fantasy world ... or in addictive pursuits that, in the end, gain you nothing.
