This is a reading on your economic situation at the moment. It deals with the investments, spending habits, management of income, use of possessions, and other physical resources which are central to your interest at this time. Because it deals with material assets, its information can also be applied to issues involving your health.

You are in circumstances of greater freedom, wider options, and more latitude than was the case not long ago. This liberation may be both new ... and substantial -- after a time of feeling trapped, imprisoned, and severely restrained. You see your circumstances differently now. You are willing to adopt ideas you wouldn't consider before and accept viewpoints that once seemed "impossible." Moreover, you are willing and able to act of these different perspectives. This change in your thinking is an important asset -- maybe even an important lesson in your future development.

There is also a specific personality involved in this situation. This person is quick witted, knowledgeable, a person of forceful opinions and intellectual power. He has determination, the deep courage of his convictions, and a willingness to stand up for his ideas and views.

He is honest and communicative, focused and goal-directed when it comes to learning ... and teaching. He is a writer, a thinker, a speaker, a lover of truth. He assertively promotes his opinions, shares what he knows, renders sound judgments, and may be both persuasive and opinionated.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. You understand how to work with this asset -- and are able to do so openly and directly.

Impatience and wasted effort are very much part of the arrangement. You may be pushing blindly and doggedly against the current -- and ignoring common sense ... instead of stepping back and listening to what might be good advice, intuition, or the offering of better options. You may be determined to make something happen your way. Or you may not want to use other strategies and alternatives -- even though they exist and might be far more effective than the ones you're so fond of.

This energy also indicates you are indulging in fantasies, grudges, paranoia, illusions, escapism, and / or procrastination. You are stuck and stalled -- or not willing to let go and move on -- regardless of whether or not this is getting you the results you want and need. You may be choosing not to rock the boat -- but for all the wrong reasons. You may be refusing to make a necessary decision. You are letting your own hang-ups blind you to all viewpoints except your own.

About the best that can be said about this situation is that you realize it is happening ... and are able to deal with it openly and honestly -- even though you may not be willing to change anything yet, or may not see a good way to compensate for the problems this is causing you. It does, however, have your full attention. And it is having considerable influence on the views you hold and the choices you are making now.

You recognize that a new period of growth and expansion is at hand ... and there is more here than meets the eye. This represents a very positive change in your circumstances and a definite upward trend in the issues you are coping with.

You have come through a time of significant difficulty, serious enough to be termed a crisis, but you may not yet understand that "the worst is over." You are not applying this attitude and greater freedom to your own benefit. You should be able to find meaning and solid ground again after coping with these upsetting -- and even abusive -- circumstances. But again, you may not know you can trust this changed condition -- possibly because the problems were so severe or went on so long.

This new level of wisdom is an asset you can use, applying the strength and greater perspective you have gained through overcoming this period of sustained trouble -- and surviving. But you may not yet see the best way to do this, or realize this option is available to you.

You will soon meet a situation that is sterile and unsatisfying. You be in circumstances where you -- or someone influential in your situation -- is frittering away resources, wasting energy, and courting a whole roster of problems -- physical, financial, emotional, psychological. This situation contains a serious lack of love and support. You may feel rejected, depressed, deprived, and unable to muster the energy to start anything new.

This energy describes a lack of productivity, chaotic circumstances, feelings of emptiness and withdrawal, considerable pain, and the failure to use your creative talents to bring about the desired and necessary changes.

Ultimately, you are moving to a resolution that includes a serious atmosphere of quarrelling, anxiety, and deep philosophical disagreement. This is an extremely disagreeable situation, containing, as it does, elements of defeat, unfairness, failure, slander, cruelty, cowardliness, and malice. You may feel you have been treated unfairly ... or realize that you have done so to others. (Possibly both.)

This is a situation of insensitivity, fear, the realization that you are not following your conscience -- if you pause long enough to rationally consider what is happening here. You are pushing an issue ... or using force ... often to no good avail, often to avoid changing your mind about something dear or important to you. Or you are feeling coerced and pressured to change your opinions ... or surrender your ideas ... by circumstances or another person.

This is an energy of victimization, and because energy is always a two way street, you may be either the victim, the perpetrator, or quite likely ... both. You may have to cope with feelings of revenge, the consequences of your self-defeating actions, or the consequences of ruthless responses.

Even "winning" here gains you nothing but an empty victory. You are likely locked into circumstances which involve mind games, game-playing, scoring points, getting even, and working to get "one up" on someone else -- and vice versa. You need desperately to change your thinking.
