He simply knows how to get things done -- and isn't shy about doing whatever it takes to achieve his goals. He is energetic, intense, impulsive and always "on the go," or "in a hurry."

You are in a situation that contains heartbreak, sorrow, abuse, setbacks, and shattered emotions. This situation may also hold a lack of appreciation, betrayal, injury, separation, grief, and terrible disappointment. While on the surface this energy represents the heart and head at odds with one another ... the reality is often extremely painful.

Far more upsetting than your thoughts telling you one thing and your heart another, this energy usually contains disbelief that you have been treated so badly by someone you care for ... and the realization that you have to get over loving and needing someone who could hurt you this way.

This energy is that of being victimized, harmed, even brutalized physically or emotionally. It may also indicate you have done this to somebody else ... but either way there are karmic liabilities contained here -- and the eventual, inevitable backlash may be pretty severe.

This may be part of the current day conditions ... or it may be problems held over from an old piece of abusive personal history. In either case, it is "out in the open" where you are well aware of it -- and understand the complications it is bringing to your situation. In fact, it has your full attention at the moment -- perhaps as a way of defending yourself.

A specific person in your life is a definite asset to you now. This person is quick witted, knowledgeable, a person of forceful opinions and intellectual power. He (or she!) has determination, the deep courage of his convictions, and a willingness to stand up for his ideas and views.

He is honest and communicative, focused and goal-directed when it comes to learning ... and teaching. He is a writer, a thinker, a speaker, a lover of truth. He assertively promotes his opinions, shares what he knows, renders sound judgments, and may be both persuasive and opinionated.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. You understand how to work with this asset -- and are able to do so openly and directly.

Your situation contains an unused asset ... conditions that would let you realize new avenues of emotional satisfaction, find new pleasures and new opportunities for success, enjoy a sense of abundance and excitement again, and rediscover your joy of living. You might be able to understand yourself better, be able to create improved circumstances, and know more about "what makes you happy." You could also find satisfaction, greater bliss, and discover that harmony is restored after a time of questioning and searching. But for some reason you aren't applying this resource to your own benefit. Possibly because you don't specifically realize yet it exists.

Soon, you will reach a place where you once again feel in control of life around you. You will see clearly ... with understanding and wisdom. This may mark an important change in consciousness, viewpoint, or philosophy.

It is a time of enlightenment and restored peace and harmony. It may also accompany a change of attitude, the ability to see things in a more positive light. You will solve your problems by thinking about them differently ... and more rationally.

Ultimately, you will need to confront your own immaturity. You have been living too much in the past, clinging to outworn situations, relationships, and worthless associates. Problems from your past continue to pollute conditions in the present ... and deep emotional disappointments keep you from "moving on" ... although that is really your next step in this level of personal growth.

You will find you are caught in unproductive circumstances, dwelling on unhappy past events, dealing with rigid ideas -- your own and those of others. In short, you are not progressing, but are instead sacrificing the present for past longings and regrets ... wondering "what might have been," and staying caught in unproductive nostalgia.
