This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

In the circumstances of your life now, you are dealing with a lot of impatience. You may be making or have recently made some moves that were not well-considered and which do not have the support you need to make the most of the changes they bring. You could also be letting other people dominate your thinking and "make your decisions for you."

You are not considering your options, possibilities, responsibilities, resources, or abilities in ways that offer you the full range of available potentials. You may, instead, be kicking up misunderstandings, opposition ... or at the least a lack of cooperation from those you need to help you succeed in this present venture. You may also be coping with a lot of mixed messages and your own ambivalence.

As long as things are jumbled as they are regarding this energy of "missing alliances and no support," you might be wise to pause and wait for things to clear before proceeding. Right now you are not heading toward a successful result or the advantageous use of what you are working with.

Alternatively: This card can indicate you have decided to "go back to the drawing board" in terms of partners and allies, outside resources, or your own mixed feelings on this matter and try to reorganize this part of your situation into something more cohesive. There may not be much difference showing in the outside world yet, but you are making some important inner changes and behind the scenes adjustments that will be better in the long run.

If this meaning resonates strongly with you regarding your present situation, consider that it also is a message the card is suggesting for you to receive.

You are in a time of decisions, integration, synthesis, and harmony. It may involve a new relationship -- or a redefined relationship with someone you already know. It involves making decisions, reaching a crossroads, choosing wise and balanced options. This is a time of wholeness, union, self-actualization, agreement, compromise and cooperation.

You may have solved a problem ... or found something that "fulfills you." You may have combined different elements to create a third "entity" ... which gave you the solution to a dilemma. You know this resource is available ... and are able to use it to your advantage.

You are failing to take proper charge of your circumstances ... and your life. You are either pushing too hard or not exercising your rightful authority in your choices and directions. You may be dealing with energy that is tyrannical, controlling, domineering, and abusive. You may also be wasting opportunities and not building anything constructive at this point.

This card's energy can also mean someone in your situation (possibly you yourself) is being lazy and indifferent ... drifting when he (or you!!) ought to be doing things, getting something accomplished ... or at least paying better attention. Someone is not exercising proper self-discipline or self-control.

You ... or someone influential in your situation ... may want success without doing the necessary work. You also may be dealing with negative or unethical motives.

You suffer overall from a lack of courage, determination, leadership, and action. You may be mismanaging an important situation ... and making no progress. You ... or someone in this situation ... may be displaying or coping with toxic ego issues, interested only in self-advancement or self-promotion.

You may also be coping somehow with delusions of grandeur ... or a complete lack of integrity, ability, and ambition. This condition ... and the viewpoints that support it ... are having tremendous impact on your thinking and on the choices you're making now.

You are able to move on rapidly, confident of your choices and direction, full speed ahead with a clear path and a green light.

You are in a situation where you feel trapped, imprisoned, limited in options, and unable to do anything positive to resolve this issue without a great deal of discomfort and upset. You may feel anxious, worried, and powerless. You may be unable to think clearly about your present circumstances, let alone make constructive, informed decisions.

You may know what needs to be done ... but hold back from doing it for complex and compelling reasons. The "cure" may be worse than the problem in your mind ... and in your paralysis, you simply perpetuate this unpleasant, unproductive stalemate. You may be letting others interfere with your perceptions and decisions.

You may be waiting for life ... or other circumstances to "rescue" you from this arrangement. Through your indecisiveness and cowardice you may simply be building things to a more intense level of crisis -- but that may be what it takes to move you to action. This is a very damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't situation ... but you may prefer putting up with the discomfort -- for now -- than risking what might happen if you really take steps to do what needs to be done.

You honestly may not see a good way out of these circumstances ... or ways to adequately compensate for the problems they are causing you. But you also may be in denial that things are really as bad as they are. You may think you can keep on "handling this" in the traditional ways you've developed. Or you may not admit to yourself how truly crippling and difficult this situation has become ... or what it could be costing you in the end.

Soon, you will find yourself in a situation where you are "caught unprepared" for the challenge you face. You may be pressured by superior opposition or some kind of competition where you are ill-equipped to prevail. The upshot is, you are not ready to defend yourself or your position adequately. You may feel threatened, "taken advantage of," and outmaneuvered.

You may be unable or unwilling to do what is needed or successfully confront your adversaries. You may choose to turn and run rather than stand your ground. You may simply lack the courage and willpower to deal with what is present at this point.

This is an energy of feeling anxious, uncomfortable, outnumbered, unpopular, powerless, friendless, and victimized.

Ultimately, you are moving into a situation that involves the release of physical and financial assets. Something here may not pay off the way you expect it to ... or it may cost you a lot more than you realized -- or hoped. On a positive note, this incident of releasing money may indicate you will make a major purchase (although it's also possible what you "buy" is the sad wisdom of experience.) Or you may "invest a lot of yourself" into something -- that may or may not yield the dividend you're looking for.

At the moment, indications are it won't give back what you intend -- but the investment may simply take more time to mature than you've realized. Presently, however, you have to work with the possibility that you are overspending; incurring money problems; investing yourself, your time, and your talents poorly.

You may not be living up to your potential -- or achieving the gains you intend to make. You may be jeopardizing yourself without realizing it ... or exhausting yourself to no ultimate benefit.
