This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

A "personality" is at the center of your situation presently. This person is artistic, creative, well in touch with his (or her) emotions. He has a deep respect for life and living things, and a compassion that enables him to work constructively with less fortunate, dependent people. He is an idealist ... especially when it comes to love and his ability to work with others.

He is charming and enjoys people -- friends and family in particular. He is a dreamer ... and may be something of a mystic. He can help you "find what's in your heart" regarding the matter you are working with. He may also be able to show you the hidden, emotional, or artistic dimensions of your situation.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. You understand how to work with this asset -- and are able to do so openly and directly.

You have been able to step back and get a new take on your material, physical, and financial situation. You have made a shift in your abstract values, found a new sense of personal purpose, new sources of wealth, capital, and raw materials, and an improved sense of security. This is an opportunity to get back on your feet, where things are looking up and future prospects are improved. The world looks different because of this change. You understand the importance of this new opening ... and are able to use it to your advantage.

You are coping with adversity, obstacles, and possibly a lack of preparation for what you have undertaken. To complicate matters, however, you are not fighting for what is right, not standing up for yourself, remaining weak and vulnerable, and bending under the considerable pressure of your circumstances. You may be dealing with a problem you thought was already "solved."

You may also be allowing yourself to be bullied or "run over." You are overwhelmed, dealing with circumstances you aren't really ready to face, and may be blind-sided before long because you are trying to "be nice," make excuses or "look the other way." You are aware of this problem and the impact it has on your thinking and choices ... and finding solutions to its difficulties and inconveniences are very much on your mind.

There is also a problem personality complicating the picture, someone who qualifies as a real trouble-maker. There is a sly cunning to this character, and a secretive, scheming "mean streak" that may make him (or her) particularly hard to get along with. Attitudes of aggression, sarcasm, cynicism, and pettiness dominate -- along with an insufferable spirit of narcissism that may be almost impossible to stomach. You have finally begun to understand how important it is for you to deal with this person ... and the attitudes that accompany him.

Alternatively: You may realize how much you need to focus on your own unproductive ideas, opinions, beliefs, and prejudices ... and make some corrections in the way you view and handle this matter so as to stop being part of the problem instead of part of the solution. If you resonate to this meaning more strongly than to the presence of a difficult "other person" as described above, this is likely the message this card is offering to you.

Alternatively: You may need to refocus on your own thinking, opinions, and the way you express your ideas. You may be acting on wrong information. Your prejudices or a serious misunderstanding of the facts could be having too much influence on your thinking. You may be pushing your opinions too hard and alienating others from considering your views objectively. You may realize you've been too one-sided in your thinking or that you haven't been listening well.

You may have decided to pull back for a while and reconsider some of your stronger views and the way you express them that could actually be either misguided ... or hurting your own cause. If you resonate to this meaning more strongly than to the presence of a difficult person or unproductive set of personal attitudes, consider that this is the message the card is giving you on the matter at hand.

You have an unused asset in your situation, but you do not yet fully understand the true significance of this change. A new period of growth and expansion is at hand ... and there is more here than meets the eye. This represents a very positive change in your circumstances and a definite upward trend in the issues you are coping with, but you may not recognize this yet -- or you may not believe you can trust what you see and feel. In any case, you are not yet applying this benefit to your own advantage as well as you might.

Soon, you will face a set of problems caused by someone who is immature, who has a bad self-image, a negative attitude, or no self-confidence or motivation. This may be another person who has influence in your situation ... or it may be a part of yourself you are having to cope with and realign.

Ultimately, you will find there is much more to this situation, however, than meets the eye ... and you will have to trust your feelings and instincts on this issue to a very great extent, rather than taking matters at face value. You may have the feeling of something important unfolding beneath the exterior surface of life that won't yet have made itself clearly known -- or taken on its final shape.
