You understand its inspiration and its vision. You understand how you can put its concepts into practice and bring its promise into reality. You are working with it consciously and directly to use its assets to best advantage.

This entails a substantial change, much of which may be internal ... even "unconscious." You may be unaware how much your opinions and views will shift in response to outer experiences and requirements ... and vice versa. This energy, however, marks a time of "permanent transition and improvement" in the way you see your circumstances and the way you cope with their changing conditions.

There is someone whose practical, shrewd common sense has considerable influence on your thinking now. This person is focused on his professional development, determined to make a successful career for himself, shows financial wisdom and savvy business sense, and knows how to achieve practical results.

He is patient, methodical, dependable, trustworthy, and resourceful. He takes pride in doing a good job ... and is both conservative and hard-working.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. This person ... or these attitudes ... have your full attention now -- and also have significant influence on your thinking and choices.

It is time to make a new beginning, construct a new vision of what you want to accomplish -- or become, or launch a new start buoyed on a new sense of self-confidence and new opportunities. This may involve a new sense of who you are, new ways of honoring and "being true" to yourself, new purposes, and new goals. You need to embrace new energy and enthusiasm ... and know you are going in the right direction and stepping up to a new level of personal development and achievements.

Your own clear thinking and creative energies are right at hand and ready for you to use. You could develop and use your talents and abilities -- by making decisions you can trust and acting on information that is rock solid and true -- but for some reason you are failing to apply this asset properly. You may honestly know what to do, what to think, what direction to take, and how to see your plans through to completion, but you're not letting your self-reliance and sound intellect have enough influence to make a difference.

You may need to listen to your inner self (or a trusted, wise outside counselor), clarify your thinking, fortify your courage and finally say what you think and own what you know. The failure or unwillingness you have to use this resource may be costing you a lot at the moment. You may not understand how to use it properly, that you're not, or you may be in denial that it is as much of a loss as it is.

Sometimes there are no finer assets than straight thinking and straight talk, but you do have to be willing to stand up for your opinions, to share what you know, and stand by what you think. You may not be actively hurting yourself with your present strategies ... but you're certainly not making things as easy for yourself as you could be either.

Soon, you will reach circumstances which are acceptably satisfying, but tinged, nevertheless, with mild regrets. You may realize "what might have been" if you had made different choices, applied different logic, acted more decisively, or used your advantages with greater skill. You may see how to do things better next time. But that will have to wait for another day.

Ultimately, you will meet a person who is empathetic, supportive, and loving. She (or he) may be dedicated to home, family, friends, and her partner. She is in touch with her feelings and intuitions ... and honors these qualities in others. She brings joy, compassion, and sympathy to situations where her counsel is needed -- and helpful. She uses her emotional empathy to help others find their own answers, their own way, their own destiny.

She is sensitive to her surroundings, and may be creative, artistic, musical, or poetic in her interests. She enjoys serene, tranquil surroundings, and values the time in her own life to dream, imagine, and contemplate. She may support the dreams of others at the expense of her own best interests and development. She is "motherly," insightful, peace-loving, devoted, and faithful.

This may be another person in your situation ... or it may be an important part of your own personality that has come to the fore to help you work with this situation -- and to further its own development for use in the future.
