This is a reading on your relationships -- describing the major theme of your association with other people right now. This includes partners, friends, parents, children, other family members, and all others who are contained in the relationships that have your attention now.

You are in a situation where you've begun to apply a set of constructive values, your ability to use good common sense, and a willingness to do the work necessary to create something of value involving money, possessions, business opportunities, or your professional directions. Your sense of practical achievement now is firmly in control of your decisions.

You are also in a time of unexpected, serious, and sudden changes. This energy is that of disruption, sweeping -- even catastrophic -- changes and adjustments. Old ideas -- even previous ways of living ... are coming to an end. This may indicate a breakdown in conditions you'd considered solid, permanent, and reliable. It may be brought about by a sudden insight ... or information you'd not previously known -- or been taking into account.

Realize that dramatic as these experiences may be, they can also usher in times of considerable improvement. You are releasing old ways of life, old habits. This may coincide with a dramatic expansion of consciousness or perspective. There is also the possibility of a disturbing "message of truth" you will have to accommodate. You may find you literally see the world as never before. Your whole picture of reality may be different.

This is a change in your overall view of life and your psychological programming. A basic belief about yourself, your circumstances, and "the way the world works" is in the making. Keep reminding yourself, times of crisis can also be ones of great growth. At least you are able to work with this energy openly and directly.

You can easily succeed at what you are trying to accomplish. An energy of happiness, contentment, satisfaction, love, harmony, serenity, comfort, and fulfillment is available ... and you understand this. It has a significant influence on your outlook and choices.

You have a problematic personality or set of counter-productive attitudes to deal with. This person is intolerant, temperamental, pompous, conceited, vain, and full of empty ambitions -- great plans that come to nothing. He (or she) wants things handed to him without effort ... and may be dealing with low self-esteem, poor impulse control, defensiveness, and jealousy.

The attitudes present in this situation include selfishness, impulsiveness, bossiness, and anger -- often poorly controlled anger. This may be present in the form of another person -- or it may represent parts of your character that need to be addressed and corrected. You may not see anything you can do about this problem at the moment ... but now it is finally "out in the open" where you can work more directly and deliberately with the challenges it brings you.

Alternatively: You may have to reconsider the direction you are taking and the kind of leadership you are offering yourself with your choices and goals. Something about your vision and ambitions may be off-track -- either the intensity with which you are pursuing wrong-headed decisions or the lack of commitment you have to your own declared intentions.

If you resonate more emphatically to this possibility than to the presence of a difficult person as described above, you may consider this suggestion to be the message this card is offering you.

You still have to come to grips with the fact you've not yet succeeded on some important project or level of experience in ways that please you. Something you may have been working on for a long time still "falls short" of the mark in ways that require you to try again to bring this arrangement to a successful completion. You may not yet recognize the dimensions of this. You may not understand what to do about it yet. You may be trying to ignore the whole thing for a while ... and work on other issues. Eventually it may require more "re-work" than you realize.

Soon, you will come to a time of reckoning and resolution in this matter. There will be a rebalancing of the Cosmic Scales ... and a sense of justice and equilibrium restored. There may also be somehow a sense of a "fair verdict" delivered, or "judgment rendered," or some other kind of legally binding or contractual arrangement that formalizes this closure.

You will be centered, truthful, diplomatic, honest, fair, and grounded -- and treated this way by others. It may involve mediating some dispute ... or reaching conditions of cooperation and compromise.

Farther on, however, a problematic personality or attitude has come onto the scene. You will encounter someone negative, sarcastic, sly, critical, opinionated, argumentative, and undisciplined. This person is superficial, untrustworthy, and uncooperative ... a trouble-maker and a know-it-all.

He or she will either trigger these attitudes in you ... or you will see how you, too, are part of the problem, because these elements and responses are part of your personality you need to handle more productively. Someone may hand you "bad news" ... or you may have to respond to the fact you've been working at cross-purposes with yourself.
