This is a reading on your economic situation at the moment. You are in a situation that is unfair, unbalanced, unjust. Someone may have treated you unfairly. You may have been unfair to yourself in order to be fair to somebody else. Possibly you took advantage of a loophole that got you better arrangements than you really deserved -- or someone pulled this on you. Perhaps in this instance there is -- or was -- no way to be fair to everyone. It is, however, at the center of what you're working with now.

You have reached a point of material stability, professional competence, career recognition, and financial success. You may not be wildly wealthy, but you have steady employment, are able to use your talents and resources to good advantage, and can hold on to what you earn. You are in a profitable, stable situation with solid foundations -- and you will be able to stay there. You realize this and know you can trust it. You are also able to use these resources to your own benefit.

You are coping with someone who does not react well to having his ideas challenged or his opinions questioned. He (or she) is very forceful in his thinking ... but also very closed-minded and rigid. He may blame others rather than seek solutions, fail to show leadership, and fail to accept responsibility for the problems he creates with his attitudes ... and manner.

He is stern, strict, cruel, unjust, and uncaring. He may trigger these same responses in you -- or this energy may well be an inner part of you that comes to the surface to be noticed and adjusted. You may not see a good way to neutralize or compensate for the problems this person causes -- but at least the matter is out in the open where you can deal with its stresses honestly. You are very aware of the influence this is injecting into your situation.

You may also find you have achieved something that no longer "fits" you.

It is time to make a course correction ... perhaps a substantial one. You may not yet understand the scope of this change. You may be in denial about the need to make it. You may not yet see a way to accomplish it. Or you may not fully grasp the dynamics presently at work on this issue. In any case, you are not yet applying yourself to best effect as this process unfolds in your life.

Soon, you will find yourself in a situation where you are "caught unprepared" for the challenge you face. You may be pressured by superior opposition or some kind of competition where you are ill-equipped to prevail. The upshot is, you are not ready to defend yourself or your position adequately. You may feel threatened, "taken advantage of," and outmaneuvered.

You may be unable or unwilling to do what is needed or successfully confront your adversaries. You may choose to turn and run rather than stand your ground. You may simply lack the courage and willpower to deal with what is present at this point.

This is an energy of feeling anxious, uncomfortable, outnumbered, unpopular, powerless, friendless, and victimized.

In the long term, you'll have to come to grips with the fact you haven't yet succeeded on some important project or level of experience in ways that please you. Something you may have been working on for a long time still "falls short" of completion in ways that require you to try again to bring this arrangement to a successful conclusion.
