Your situation contains a very important ally. This person is focused on his professional development, determined to make a successful career for himself, shows financial wisdom and savvy business sense, and knows how to achieve practical results.

He is patient, methodical, dependable, trustworthy, and resourceful. He takes pride in doing a good job ... and is both conservative and hard-working.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development.

You are able to make choices and take action. Circumstances may be forcing a move -- or you may just need to do something to break a feeling of impasse and "getting nowhere." At this point, this energy is out in the open ... and you are able to confront its urgings openly and directly.

You are able to move on rapidly, confident of your choices and direction, full speed ahead with a clear path and a green light. You are aware of this ... and this advantage is having significant influence on your thinking and choices.

There is also a "personality problem" on the scene, someone malicious, cruel, sarcastic, intolerant, and prone to use his or her superior mental gifts and hurtful tongue as weapons in a situation of "warfare." This may be another person ... or this may be a side of your character, brought out into the open as a result of the stress you are enduring.

There is tremendous anger in this person -- and great destructive potential -- but at least they are "out in the open" now where you can face them directly, instead of having constantly to watch your back and wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

You face difficult choices because of conflicting needs and elements that don't accommodate one another well at all. You may not have a firm grasp on all your options, or you may not yet have seen a way to achieve a decent compromise. You may also be in denial about just how much your ambivalence and dithering are impeding your progress.

You will soon reach a point where your own clear thinking and creative energies are right at hand and ready for you to use. You will be able to develop and use your talents and abilities -- by making decisions you can trust and acting on information that is rock solid and true. You will know you are moving in the right direction, that you will see your plans through to completion, and that your self-reliance and intellect is unshakeable and sound.

This energy is that of speaking the truth, bringing thoughts into physical manifestation, saying what you mean, and asking directly for what you want. Sometimes there are no finer assets than straight thinking and straight talk.

Ultimately, you are heading for circumstances where you feel unhappy, dissatisfied, "incomplete," and strained. You may also have to cope with loneliness or "being in a rut" that keeps you from moving forward to another level of experience and challenge. Possibly there is a chronic problem you haven't solved yet or a situation you haven't yet brought to closure. There is a heavy energy of dissatisfaction that permeates your world ... of something that just isn't yet what you want it to be.

You may want to release something -- but be unable to. Or you may be holding onto something because it is not what you want it to be yet ... and therefore the foundation you need to move on to another level ... or another situation ... isn't in place to support new growth. Either way, this unfinished business ... and the stagnation in which it exists ... represents the "future" of your situation until you figure out how to break the stalemate.
