He is honest and communicative, focused and goal-directed when it comes to learning ... and teaching. He is a writer, a thinker, a speaker, a lover of truth. He assertively promotes his opinions, shares what he knows, renders sound judgments, and may be both persuasive and opinionated.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. You understand how to work with this asset -- and are able to do so openly and directly.

You feel self-indulgent, lazy, out of focus, and stagnant. Your creativity is on hold. You are drifting emotionally. There is a loss of connection in your social life, friendships, and relationships.

You need new interests, new opportunities for growth, new projects to excite your soul. You and others take each other for granted. You are unsatisfied with the love and support available to you. You feel friendless and isolated ... and while you may put on a good front -- that's what it is. A front.

You are in a time of rebirth, glorious opportunities, and new beginnings. This may be the start of a whole new set of adventures and creative expression -- or you may be moving on to something finer and more exciting that is a continuation of where you are presently, built on the foundation of your own wisdom and achievements to this point. These possibilities have your undivided attention at the moment.

You have come to the discovery, the realization, that you "haven't arrived yet" at a destination you've been working toward for quite a while. You may be at the very place where you were originally heading ... but with more experience and perspective, you see it is just an interim stage on the way to a much larger goal.

You may feel let down and dissatisfied, because instead of being at the end!! of this particular endeavor, venture, or project, you are still somewhere in the middle -- with yet more work to accomplish. Another possibility is you've found you've achieved something that no longer suits you ... something you really no longer want or can use.

You need a major course correction to set yourself on a more productive path. You finally understand the extent of the changes needed and are able to work with this openly and directly.

You have an unused asset in your situation. You have available to you conditions of happiness, success, fulfillment, and joy. You may already have succeeded at what you are working to accomplish, and you will like what you have created. You may not realize this yet ... or you may not trust your perceptions. Somehow, you are not yet claiming this victory -- or putting it to work for your own advantage. It may still be so new you don't understand yet that it exists.

Soon you will find yourself in a situation that involves money problems, material hindrance, uncontrolled spending, obstacles, and delays in your financial life. The energy here is that of "not enough money," a shaky position, monetary lack, and feeling victimized, exploited, powerless, and "taken advantage of."

Long term, you will have a problematic personality or set of counter-productive attitudes to deal with. This person is intolerant, temperamental, pompous, conceited, vain, and full of empty ambitions -- great plans that come to nothing. He (or she) wants things handed to him without effort ... and may be dealing with low self-esteem, poor impulse control, defensiveness, and jealousy.

The attitudes present in this situation include selfishness, impulsiveness, bossiness, and anger -- often poorly controlled anger. This may be present in the form of another person -- or it may represent parts of your character that need to be addressed and corrected.

Alternatively: You may have to reconsider the direction you are taking and the kind of leadership you are offering yourself with your choices and goals. Something about your vision and ambitions may be off-track -- either the intensity with which you are pursuing wrong-headed decisions or the lack of commitment you have to your own declared intentions.

If you resonate more emphatically to this possibility than to the presence of a difficult person as described above, you may consider this suggestion to be the message this card is offering you.
