This is a reading on your relationships -- describing the major theme of your association with other people right now. This includes partners, friends, parents, children, other family members, and all others who are contained in the relationships that have your attention now.

You have a marvelous asset available in your situation. It exists in the presence of a powerful intellectual force. This may appear in the form of another person ... someone whose mind is his (or her) most compelling feature, someone who is a fighter, a survivor, who doesn't quit when the going gets tough. This influence, if it comes in another person, is charismatic, influential, authoritative, and wise. He shows great intelligence and originality in his work ... and his counsel is priceless.

He is able to generate a wide range of helpful ideas, thought, concepts and designs. His knowledge is one of his greatest virtues ... and his ability to apply that in practical ways makes him an invaluable counselor and confidante. He may be more rational than sentimental, more hard-headed than soft-hearted, but he does have an important and powerful role to play in your life ... at least temporarily.

He is fair-minded, in command of himself, and able to think his way through tough issues and arrive at workable, moral solutions. He is focused, assertive, shrewd, insightful, and genuine. He is also self-disciplined, articulate, impartial, and philosophical. He will activate some of the best of these qualities in you, and provide an example of how you can grow along these lines, too.

Keep in mind, this energy may exist as a composite of several people ... if you don't see one definite example of this wisdom among your immediate associates. This powerful influence may also be one of your own inner selves that has come to the forefront of your attention to help you ... and itself ... evolve and improve as you work through this issue.

If you don't find this clearly available in another person or people in your outer world, look within. This energy is waiting to meet you there. It is what will attract these others into your life to act as aids and allies if you need them. It can have a strong influence on your opinions, views, and choices in this matter.

There is also a strong personality present in this situation. This person is focused on his professional development, determined to make a successful career for himself, shows financial wisdom and savvy business sense, and knows how to achieve practical results.

He is patient, methodical, dependable, trustworthy, and resourceful. He takes pride in doing a good job ... and is both conservative and hard-working.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development.

You are moving to bring an end to this level of experience by judging the work here complete and successful. There will be a sense of release, renewal, and the ability to change your focus to another set of challenges -- complete with a change in your personal consciousness as a result of your learning in this matter. You will be satisfied with your decisions and what you have accomplished. The eventual results here may, in fact, accrue to you as positive karma. At this point, you realize this is where you are heading, that you are close to completion. You are summing up your thinking and views on this matter, and conducting yourself with this resolution in mind. This is now out in the open where you can work with it consciously and candidly. You understand the impact it has on your choices and decisions.

You have reached a place of triumph, success, and advancement. You are in control of your life and its ongoing stages of development. You are "in flow," in the right place at the right time, and able to respond to changes and opportunities with balance and poise. This energy is that of success earned by hard work and self-reliance. You know your confidence and optimism are well founded. You also feel centered, positive, energetic, and "in charge."

You have created circumstances where there is a huge disparity between the quality (and perhaps quantity) of work you do and the amount you are paid in return. You may be charging top dollar for incompetent, poor-quality products and services. You may be cutting corners, trying to "scoot by" with as little effort as possible, and you may even be doing things that border on fraud.

Or you may be dealing with people who are treating you this way, abusing your craftsmanship, not appreciating the effort you put out on their behalf, and trying to "get something for nothing" by giving you back as little as they can possibly get away with. If you are putting up with this treatment, you are shamefully complying in your own exploitation. Abuse is abuse ... and "good intentions" don't do much to change its ugly appearances or sad results.

There are indications in this energy that someone's vanity is way out of control ... that he is unjustifiably proud of himself, smug in his ability to beat the system, fleece the "suckers," ride on other people's coattails, or get what he wants "for free", not understanding (or maybe not caring) about the karmic implications and eventual backlash being created by his choices.

Realize, too, there is not much honor in playing the perpetual victim if you are the one on the short end of the stick here ... and are staying there so you can criticize others or use self-pity as a building block in the self-righteous image you may have of yourself.

By skirting the law -- cosmic law, human law, and the physical law of cause-and-effect, you are misapplying your skills, not respecting yourself, not insisting that others grow and behave themselves better, getting lost in the pettiness of life, bogged down in "the small stuff," and definitely going about things in the wrong way.

No matter which side of this transaction you are on ... as the perpetrator or the victim of this abuse, these are not circumstances to be proud of, and the longer you let them continue the harder it will be to break the habit. So you need to get to work on that ... and soon. You are too focused on short terms gains ... and taking the easy way out. You may not, however, understand as fully as you need to that this is happening ... or you may be in denial about the eventual cost this will entail to you if it continues.

You may not see a good way around these entrenched circumstances yet -- but you need to find them, or create them. ASAP.

Soon, you will meet someone as a result of this matter -- or who will help you work through what is happening here. This person is quick witted, knowledgeable, a person of forceful opinions and intellectual power. He has determination, the deep courage of his convictions, and a willingness to stand up for his ideas and views.

He is honest and communicative, focused and goal-directed when it comes to learning ... and teaching. He is a writer, a thinker, a speaker, a lover of truth. He assertively promotes his opinions, shares what he knows, renders sound judgments, and may be both persuasive and opinionated.

This may be another person, who is able to draw out similar responses and attitudes in you -- or it may be one of your inner selves who has come to the fore in order to be recognized, lend assistance, and work with you for greater strength and mutual development. You understand how to work with this asset -- and are able to do so openly and directly.

Ultimately, you are moving toward a resolution that leaves you unhappy, dissatisfied, let down, disappointed, and emotionally exhausted. It could, in fact, be a fairly serious time of sadness and emotional ruin -- depending on the gravity of this original situation.
