You also have to cope with a lack in the quality or quantity of support you need to create the vision you have in mind. You may be teamed up with colleagues and allies that simply aren't up to the task at hand. Someone you depended on may let you down with a thud -- or some crucial element in your creation has not arrived or does not perform as required.

You are coping with a problematic personality or a counter-productive set of attitudes. This may involve someone who has -- or causes -- chronic financial problems, someone who is impractical, irresponsible, physically lazy, and who "uses" people ... especially to his own financial advantage.

Your situation may also contain attitudes that are unethical, calculating, financially stingy -- or financially greedy, and where "doing things the easy way" is a primary concern. Accommodating him (or her!) may be chronically costly to your career progress, your pocketbook, and your physical health.

Because energy is always a two-way street -- this may represent another person in your situation, or it may be a side of your personality you are reluctant to confront or control. You may not even want to admit it exists, but at least this situation is out in the open where you can recognize it and work with it directly and honestly. You realize the impact this has on your thinking and your decisions. This has your full attention now.

Alternatively: This card can indicate you need to do some serious work to refocus your thinking about money, business decisions, commercial transactions, and the use of time and other resources. It can mean a new way of conducting your financial life and managing your economic situation is waiting to unfold ... and you need to do the inner work -- and the groundwork -- to discover it.

You have reached a place of triumph, success, and advancement. You are in control of your life and its ongoing stages of development. You know your confidence and optimism are well founded. You also feel centered, positive, energetic, and "in charge."

You have an tremendously important unused resource in your situation. You are in circumstances of happiness, support, positive relationships, stable emotional conditions, and tremendous satisfaction. Life is reliable, predictable, secure, peaceful, good ... and you should enjoy being here. But, for some reason, you are not applying this to benefit to your own advantage.

This is a time when you ought to be able to rely on your feelings, know what to expect, what you can count on, and who your "friends" are. It may be you simply don't trust your situation enough to know you can turn to this resource as completely as you can.

In the short term, you may face difficult choices because of conflicting needs and elements that don't accommodate one another well at all.

You are heading ultimately into a place where confusion, indecision, and stagnation prevail. Your own weak will and ineptitude in dealing with this new situation -- or the developments that come in your present situation -- will be a major handicap in your ability to make progress into something better.

You may have to cope with a lack of wisdom, shallow and inadequate knowledge, incorrect information, improper focus, a willingness to offer or settle for "easy answers," poor concentration ... and maybe outright lies. This is an energy of mediocrity and incompetence, dancing around the truth, rationalizing, dissembling, covering up, and "putting on a front."

It suggests living in the shallows, being uninspired and uninspiring, being bored and depressed, not sharing what you know ... or not having anything worth sharing. A lack of planning, lack of attention to details, poor organization and initiative, and intellectual pomposity may be on prominent display.

You may find this energy present in another person you have to manage -- or work around. You may also find these qualities in yourself coming out in the open where you have to confront and correct them. Whichever way this happens, you need to get this taken care of. At this point, your own inability to think straight and act on sound decisions is working against you -- and costing you more than you realize.
