This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

You have come to the realization that you "haven't arrived yet" at a destination you've been working toward for quite a while. You may be at the very place where you were originally heading ... but with more experience and perspective, you see it is just an interim stage on the way to a much larger goal.

You may feel let down and dissatisfied, because instead of being at the end!! of this particular endeavor, venture, or project, you are still somewhere in the middle -- with yet more work to accomplish. Another possibility is you've found you've achieved something that no longer suits you ... something you really no longer want or can use. You need a major course correction to set yourself on a more productive path.

You are coping with a lack of initiative, low energy levels, confusion, low self-esteem, and a sense of defeat. Your situation may also contain attitudes of vanity, arrogance, self-absorption, disagreements, and disappointment. You ... or someone in your situation ... may be trying to control others for your own ends.

This is an energy of depression, narrow-thinking, and emptiness. You may feel a lack of purpose, a lack of creativity, a lack of joy. It is possible you are misusing personal energy ... and yet still not gaining the positive respect or attention of others you are seeking.

You are in a situation that contains considerable dishonesty in what you say, think, believe ... or in what you are being told. The information you are working with is unreliable ... possibly by "putting a better face" on rather unpleasant facts. This is an energy of self-sabotage, of being complicit in your own undoing, of letting yourself be talked into something when you know better -- by accepting excuses, rationalizations, and pretty cover stories. You may even be making these up and telling them to yourself. You may learn in time you have been your own worst enemy by adopting this strategy.

This card depicts reaping the consequences of past bad actions, lies -- perhaps ones you have told yourself or lulled yourself into believing, not paying close attention to what really matters, making decisions based on wishful thinking or deceitful information, weaseling, and either trying to get away with something ... or letting somebody else get away with something -- again, when you really know better than to trust what is happening here.

This is literally an energy of theft and deception. You ... or someone else ... is trying to gain something you have not earned (which could be money, possessions, position, status, regard, or "credit" for something that doesn't really belong to you), are using sweet-talk and fabrications to support your claim, or are playing head games and trying to pull a fast one. Something about the way you think about, work with, and report this situation needs to be corrected -- and fast. It is having substantial influence over your thinking and choices at the moment.

You are in circumstances where the lack of money is a problem ... and the stress of financial anxiety may be serious enough to cause physical symptoms. This condition is temporary -- but it can still cause you some tension. You are, however, able to deal with these matters openly and directly. They aren't "coming up on your blind side" at this point.

You have an unused asset in your situation, a resolution that includes restored harmony -- probably following a serious identity crisis. This was a time when your faith, your belief in yourself and your competence, and your dedication to your goals was tested. The new situation offers you greater stability and a change for the better -- despite being unfamiliar, but for some reason you are not using these changes to your own benefit at the moment.

You have new routines, better methods and opportunities for growth, a greater sense of personal power, direction, and capability. You have redefined who you are as a person, the role you play in your own life -- and relationships -- and incorporated the things you have learned about yourself through these recent upsetting experiences. You may not realize yet that this resources is available to you ... or how to make it work on your behalf. But it exists, and you could be using it.

Soon, you will reach circumstances which are acceptably satisfying, but tinged, nevertheless, with mild regrets. You may realize "what might have been" if you had made different choices, applied different logic, acted more decisively, or used your advantages with greater skill. You may see how to do things better next time. But that will have to wait for another day.

In time, you will meet a helpful person or adopt a very beneficial set of attitudes. This person is business-like, practical, has sound money sense and a good head on his shoulders. He may be working in a relatively new professional endeavor ... or have started a new career path recently. He is either fairly young or somewhat "new" at what he is doing.

This person is efficient, studious, down-to- earth, dependable, and hard-working. His attitudes and choices are realistic, responsible, and conservative. He may be a little too "bottom-line" to be called compassionate, but he is able to offer practical help and sensible counsel. He or his advice may be conspicuous in business, health, or lifestyle issues you are dealing with at the moment.

While this energy may come in the form of another person -- it may also be parts of your own personality coming to the forefront to aid you or promote their own further development.
