You have a situation where serious imbalances prevail, where competing interests, separation, and quarrelling are very much part of the atmosphere. The supporting energy in this arrangement is that of bad management and bad judgment, overweening pride, arrogance, and pretentiousness. There is a lot of wasted energy to cope with, a failure to understand others (or feel understood yourself) ... and where stress, frustration, and chaos abound.

You may have arrived here by leaping without looking, pushed hard on an issue where force was not the answer, applied rash, ill-considered ideas, or failed to consider sound advice and different approaches. Now, of course, you have to cope with these problems ... and work to restore harmony as part of your evolution -- and bridge out of this mess.

You may be very scattered and unfocused in your own feelings, intentions, or goals -- and willing to entertain radical solutions. But at least you understand what you are up against. You are able to work with it directly. And you understand the scope of what you're facing.

You also have to cope with a lack in the quality or quantity of support you need to create the vision you have in mind. You may be teamed up with colleagues and allies that simply aren't up to the task at hand. Someone you depended on may let you down with a thud -- or some crucial element in your creation has not arrived or does not perform as required.

Your situation contains a person who is honorable, trustworthy, self-confident, and likeable. This is someone who renders sound judgments, has strong personal values, knows who she (or he!!) is and what she stands for. She is dignified, decisive, competent ... and knows how to support the growth and development of others as well as direct her own evolutionary path with wisdom and integrity.

This may be another person in your situation ... or it may be an important part of your own personality that has come to the fore to help you work with this situation -- and to further its own development for use in the future. You have this asset readily at hand, and can apply it to your own benefit whenever you choose. It is having a considerable and positive influence on your thinking and decisions now.

There is also a "personality problem" on the scene, someone malicious, cruel, sarcastic, intolerant, and prone to use his or her superior mental gifts and hurtful tongue as weapons in a situation of "warfare." This may be another person ... or this may be a side of your character, brought out into the open as a result of the stress you are enduring. There is tremendous anger in this person -- and great destructive potential -- but at least they are "out in the open" now where you can face them directly, instead of having constantly to watch your back and wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

You need to heal from a period of grief ... or a deep disappointment. You will also need to give yourself time ... and the gentle care ... required to accommodate this emotional recuperation. You may be in denial about just how seriously this time of sorrow ... or this injurious experience ... has hurt you. You may not want to acknowledge it openly. You may not know "how to get over it" you. You are not dealing with this matter openly or honestly, however. You may still not have objectively assessed its dimensions and impact.

Before long, you'll have to come to grips with the fact you haven't yet succeeded on some important project or level of experience in ways that please you. Something you may have been working on for a long time still "falls short" of completion in ways that require you to try again to bring this arrangement to a successful end.
