This is a reading on your economic situation at the moment. It deals with the investments, spending habits, management of income, use of possessions, and other physical resources which are central to your interest at this time. Because it deals with material assets, its information can also be applied to issues involving your health.

You feel self-indulgent, lazy, out of focus, and stagnant. Your creativity is on hold. You are drifting emotionally. There is a loss of connection in your social life, friendships, and relationships.

You need new interests, new opportunities for growth, new projects to excite your soul. You and others take each other for granted. You are unsatisfied with the love and support available to you. You feel friendless and isolated ... and while you may put on a good front -- that's what it is. A front.

You have reached a situation that contains restored harmony -- probably following a serious identity crisis. This was a time when your faith, your belief in yourself and your competence, and your dedication to your goals was tested. The new situation offers you greater stability and a change for the better -- despite being unfamiliar. You are aware of this new advantage and are able to turn it to your own benefit.

You have new routines, better methods and opportunities for growth, a greater sense of personal power, direction, and capability. You have redefined who you are as a person, the role you play in your own life -- and relationships -- and incorporated the things you have learned about yourself through these recent upsetting experiences. You can use this now to help deal with this issue.

In your outlook, ideas, and opinions on this matter, you have a situation where serious imbalances prevail, where competing interests, separation, and quarrelling are very much part of the atmosphere. The supporting energy in this arrangement is that of bad management and bad judgment, overweening pride, arrogance, and pretentiousness. There is a lot of wasted energy to cope with, a failure to understand others (or feel understood yourself) ... and where stress, frustration, and chaos abound.

You may have arrived here by leaping without looking, pushed hard on an issue where force was not the answer, applied rash, ill-considered ideas, or failed to consider sound advice and different approaches. Now, of course, you have to cope with these problems ... and work to restore harmony as part of your evolution -- and build a bridge out of this mess.

You may be very scattered and unfocused in your own feelings, intentions, or goals -- and willing to entertain radical solutions, but at least you understand what you are up against. You are able to work with this energy directly -- probably by realizing you need to settle down, become more centered and balanced, and give wiser consideration to the choices you're making and the efforts you're investing. At this point, you better understand the scope of what you're facing, and this energy has significant influence on your thinking at the moment.

You are faced with a set of problems caused by someone who is immature, who has a bad self-image, a negative attitude, or no self-confidence or motivation. This may be another person who has influence in your situation ... or it may be a part of yourself you are having to cope with and realign.

You may not think there is much you can do about this situation ... but at least it's out in the open where you can deal with it deliberately and directly.

You are in conditions of conflict, separation, misunderstanding, and quarrelling -- possibly regarding an important relationship or alliance. The energy of this card is that of "coming apart," and indicates unbalanced relationships, failure to communicate well, failure to understand your partner and his or her needs, and an overall lack of support and appreciation in either direction among you and your associates.

It can also indicate circumstances where someone in a relationship is too possessive, dishonest, too demanding, manipulative, or cold. There is a severe lack of balance and equality in what should be a much more even or independent arrangement.

It indicates arguments, disputes, distrust, unhappiness, loneliness, and "feeling distant" from those who are supposed to care for you -- and about whom you, too, ostensibly care. This is an energy of unhappiness ... and feeling both unloved and unloving. You may not know what to do about this ... or how to compensate for the problems it causes you. You may also not fully understand the extent to which it is influencing and possibly damaging your efforts to resolve the challenges you are coping with.

Soon, you will come to a time of reckoning and resolution in this matter. There will be a rebalancing of the Cosmic Scales ... and a sense of justice and equilibrium restored. There may also be somehow a sense of a "fair verdict" delivered, or "judgment rendered," or some other kind of legally binding or contractual arrangement that formalizes this closure.

You will be centered, truthful, diplomatic, honest, fair, and grounded -- and treated this way by others. It may involve mediating some dispute ... or reaching conditions of cooperation and compromise.

This will make a dramatic change for the better in your circumstances ... an improvement almost as magical as a stroke of good luck.
