This is a reading on your relationships -- describing the major theme of your association with other people right now. This includes partners, friends, parents, children, other family members, and all others who are contained in the relationships that have your attention now.

You have changed some well-established beliefs and attitudes, although possibly only through force of necessity. You understand how in some of your ideas and actions you were wrong, unfair, misled, misinformed, confused, or how your behavior did considerable harm to yourself and others.

You consider this episode a "learning experience" ... and realize you are dealing with the consequences of your own choices -- well-informed ones and otherwise. Mostly otherwise. Your new perspective significantly alters some of your previous beliefs about your philosophy of life, your ability to communicate what you know, the "truth" about what you stand for ... and things you were "originally taught" ... on some fairly basic principles of living.

You are in a situation where an important goal has not been achieved. You are unsatisfied and running on empty. You may not see a way around this impasse ... but at least it has your complete attention. You may be asking yourself quite seriously, "What do I want to happen here and what does it take to make me happy?"

You have a valuable asset in your situation. This person is practical, generous, business-like, able to take on and handle responsibility. She (or he) is prosperous, able to handle money and make sound economic decisions. She is thoughtful, secure, able to deal with the physical side of life. She may have her own successful career or established profession ... or be equally committed and competent at the chores she takes on, whether or not she does them for money.

She is willing to work hard, provides for the physical needs of others without being asked, knows that is needed and automatically supplies that as part of her "job." She is confident, realistic, and sensible She may be a little too involved with "getting useful results" ... or arranging "something that works, that does the job" ... and with the economic considerations of money, the use of resources, and "the bottom line." She may thus seem more hard-edged and hard-headed than soft and sympathetic, but she certainly has her valuable place in the world.

This may be another person in your situation ... or it may be an important part of your own personality that has come to the fore to help you work with this situation -- and to further its own development for use in the future. You have this resource easily at hand and can use it now to your own best advantage. It has substantial impact on your ideas and decisions and the way in which you view your situation.

You are faced with a set of problems caused by someone who is immature, who has a bad self-image, a negative attitude, or no self-confidence or motivation. This may be another person who has influence in your situation ... or it may be a part of yourself you are having to cope with and realign.

You may not think there is much you can do about this situation ... but at least it's out in the open where you can deal with it deliberately and directly.

You are spinning your wheels, running around in circles, putting in huge amounts of effort and energy -- and achieving no progress whatsoever. This energy is one of intense, disorganized action, strife, and confusion. It also represents an identity crisis -- not knowing who you are or what you "role" in this situation is, needing to fight for your rights and position -- but maybe not being willing or able to do so.

You may face a loss of security, harmony, and privacy. You may not have a good sense of yourself or your competence in this situation. You may feel very ambivalent and internally divided. You may face numerous, complicated, and confusing options and choices. This is an arrangement of extreme discomfort with yourself and your situation. It contains energies that speak of arguments, rivalry, agitation, conflict, disagreements, and divided opinions.

You may not see a good way out of this situation ... or how to compensate for all the problems it is causing you. You may also be in denial that things are as seriously wrong or uncomfortable here as they really are. You may also not realize ... or be admitting how much these conditions are harming your ability to deal constructively with this situation.

Soon, you will bring an end to this level of experience by judging the work here complete and successful. There will be a sense of release, renewal, and the ability to change your focus to another set of challenges -- complete with a change in your personal consciousness as a result of your learning in this matter. You will be satisfied with your decisions and what you have accomplished. The eventual results here may, in fact, accrue to you as positive karma.

Eventually, you will have to cope with someone who does not accept opposition well, who isn't overly helpful or sympathetic, who may have the idea that his way is the only way. Attitudes of intolerance, self-righteousness, narrow-mindedness, and willful dominance pollute the atmosphere ... coming either from you or from someone else, and possibly both.

Alternatively: You may have to reconsider the direction you are taking and the kind of leadership you are offering yourself with your choices and goals. Something about your vision and ambitions may be off-track -- either in the intensity with which you are pursuing wrong-headed decisions or the lack of commitment you have to your own declared intentions.
