This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

You are able to make choices and take action. Circumstances may be forcing a move -- or you may just need to do something to break a feeling of impasse and "getting nowhere." At this point, this energy is out in the open ... and you are able to confront its urgings openly and directly.

You are also "running on empty," fretting, over-wrought, and not getting enough rest. You may need some substantial "down-time" in order to recuperate -- but you may not feel you can afford that luxury. For now, you may prefer to ignore the implications of this handicap ... or you may not feel you have any choice but to "work around it."

You need to move to a place of balance, stability, new insights, and greater equilibrium. You have this available, at least on an intellectual level, within the confines of your own mind, and you know it. Here adjustments are easily made. You have the self-control and patience you need. There are conditions of cooperation and compromise available, more flexibility, sufficient moderation, and the integration you need for peace of mind.

You may start to see greater symmetry in your life ... perhaps in the midst of paradox. You may also see possibilities and combinations others (and even you yourself) have not considered. You will find ways to synthesize and moderate conflicting requirements ... in one of the most positive uses of your own creative energy you may have seen in a long time. This growth step has your complete attention now.

You are in conditions of conflict, separation, misunderstanding, and quarrelling -- possibly regarding an important relationship or alliance. The energy of this card is that of "coming apart," and indicates unbalanced relationships, failure to communicate well, failure to understand your partner and his or her needs, and an overall lack of support and appreciation in either direction among you and your associates.

It can also indicate circumstances where someone in a relationship is too possessive, dishonest, too demanding, manipulative, or cold. There is a severe lack of balance and equality in what should be a much more even or independent arrangement.

It indicates arguments, disputes, distrust, unhappiness, loneliness, and "feeling distant" from those who are supposed to care for you -- and about whom you, too, ostensibly care. This is an energy of unhappiness ... and feeling both unloved and unloving. This energy is out in the open ... where you can work with it directly and try to correct it. But as an asset, it may not be offering you much help in meeting the challenges of what you are trying to cope with.

Additionally, you are dealing with a lot of impatience. You may be making or have recently made some moves that were not well-considered and which do not have the support you need to make the most of the changes they bring. You could also be letting other people dominate your thinking and "make your decisions for you."

You are not considering your options, possibilities, responsibilities, resources, or abilities in ways that offer you the full range of available potentials. You may, instead, be kicking up misunderstandings, opposition ... or at the least a lack of cooperation from those you need to help you succeed in this present venture. You may also be coping with a lot of mixed messages and your own ambivalence.

As long as things are jumbled as they are regarding this energy of "missing alliances and no support," you might be wise to pause and wait for things to clear before proceeding. Right now you are not heading toward a successful result or the advantageous use of what you are working with. You may not understand how to cope with this differently or how to compensate for the trouble it is causing you. You may also not realize how seriously these factors are influencing and undermining your situation -- but the cost in the end could be considerable.

Alternatively: This card can indicate you have decided to "go back to the drawing board" in terms of partners and allies, outside resources, or your own mixed feelings on this matter and try to reorganize this part of your situation into something more cohesive. There may not be much difference showing in the outside world yet, but you are making some important inner changes and behind the scenes adjustments that will be better in the long run.

If this meaning resonates strongly with you regarding your present situation, consider that it also is a message the card is suggesting for you to receive.

You will have financial and physical assets enough to cope. You need to use this to your advantage.

You are heading for an outcome where you'll be coping with adversity, obstacles, and possibly a lack of preparation for what you have undertaken. To complicate matters further, you will not be fighting for what is right, not standing up for yourself, remaining weak and vulnerable, and bending under the considerable pressure of your situation. You may be dealing with a problem you thought was already "solved."

You may also be letting yourself be bullied or "run over." You will be overwhelmed, dealing with circumstances you aren't really ready to face, and may be blind-sided before long because you are trying to "be nice," make excuses, or "look the other way."
