This is a reading on your economic situation at the moment. It deals with the investments, spending habits, management of income, use of possessions, and other physical resources which are central to your interest at this time. Because it deals with material assets, its information can also be applied to issues involving your health.

You are in a situation where your inclination is to accept shallow, surface answers, where "appearances" are all that matters -- or all that you believe. This is an energy of self-deception, not listening to your feelings and intuition, acting from conceit and pride. It may be too easy to rationalize away what you really know to be true. You may not really dig for deeper answers.

You may also be dealing with people who are one-sided, closed-minded, insensitive, and concerned with keeping up an image. They may provoke some of the same responses in you -- or you may be contributing your fair share all along.

You may wind up making wrong choices, acting irrationally from deep-seated fears and phobias, unable to make decisions you can trust, and unable to see the real issues clearly. You may pull inward for self-protection ... and be loath to take any risks -- because you don't know what to believe.

This is the result of not following your own instincts, of not listening to the wisdom of your heart, of contradicting your own conscience and inner wisdom, and of not being true to yourself. It's a mighty high price to pay.

You have a helpful person or a very beneficial set of attitudes in your situation. This person is business-like, practical, has sound money sense and a good head on his shoulders. He may be working in a relatively new professional endeavor ... or have started a new career path recently. He is either fairly young or somewhat "new" at what he is doing.

This person is efficient, studious, down-to- earth, dependable, and hard-working. His attitudes and choices are realistic, responsible, and conservative. He may be a little too "bottom-line" to be called compassionate, but he is able to offer practical help and sensible counsel. He or his advice may be conspicuous in business, health, or lifestyle issues you are dealing with at the moment.

This energy may come in the form of another person -- or it may be parts of your own personality coming to the forefront to aid you or promote their own further development. You are, however, aware of its presence ... and are able to make direct use of the benefits it brings.

You are in a situation of high anxiety, despair, and emotional upset serious enough to qualify as torment. You are able to admit this openly, and at least have the advantage of facing and working consciously with the serious impact this is having on you and your present circumstances. It is taking a terrible toll on your thinking and your freedom to make choices ... but it does have your full attention at this point.

You are in a necessary time of recovery -- recuperating from the stress of what you've been through. You will need to find the courage to start again after a time of defeat and disappointment.

Your current situation may not have worked out as you hoped. You may have invested a lot more into it than it paid you back. Or the results themselves may constitute a kind of recovery from some experience that is historically related -- but not directly visible regarding recent events -- the ones that make necessary this time of convalescence and the reclaiming of your personal and moral center. You have come through turmoil and upset serious enough to be called a crisis ... and need to move forward again by leaving a bad situation behind.

It's the bad situation that is part of your history that leaves a lingering pain and is responsible for the crisis of faith that may result when all the dust here settles. You may not feel you are able to do much about these events ... to correct or compensate for the challenges they present to you -- but at least you have a clear vision yet of just how serious, depleting, and detrimental these experiences have been for you ... and how extensive the work will be when finally you do pull things together and start over.

You can easily succeed at what you are trying to accomplish. An energy of happiness, contentment, satisfaction, love, harmony, serenity, comfort, and fulfillment is available ... but you may not realize it and you aren't applying it to your own best advantage now.

Soon, you will step back for a new take on your material, physical, and financial situation. You may be able to make a shift in your abstract values, discover a new sense of personal purpose, new sources of wealth, capital, and raw materials, and an improved sense of security. This is an opportunity to get back on your feet., where things start looking up. Future prospects will improve. The world will look different because of this change. You will understand the importance of this new opening ... and be able to use it to your advantage.

Eventually, you will need some time to fantasize, dream, brainstorm ... and refocus your intentions. You may find yourself in a period of indecision, confusion, and inertia ... where fantasy is preferable to reality, and the ability to act is hindered by a lack of clear direction. You may need to concentrate, be realistic, and not get lost in wishful thinking -- or simply spinning your wheels ... and getting nowhere. There is also a danger of becoming lost in a fantasy world ... or in addictive pursuits that, in the end, gain you nothing.
