This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

A problem "personality factor" is affecting your situation, someone who is financially dependent, ill, or physically helpless. She (or he) may be impractical, wasteful, status-conscious, materialistic, superficial, judgmental, and irresponsible. She may be making no use of her own abilities, not trying to care for herself physically, unable to manage her economic life, and constantly in need of support and rescue.

She may blame others for her problems, be critical, fault-finding, and hard to get along with, have a confused professional life or unrealistic ambitions, and be full of great dreams and fantasies -- but with no actual achievement to back them up.

This may be another person. This may be the response elicited from you as a result of the stress you are having to handle, or it may be one of your own inner selves coming to your attention for you to notice and adjust. It is having a significant influence on your thinking and your choices at this point.

Alternatively: This card could be suggesting that you need to step back, go inward, and consider how you are failing to nourish yourself properly, or failing to provide for and support yourself properly. You may be trying to "take care of everybody else" ... to your own detriment. It's time to reconsider the load you are trying to handle ... and what you may be getting in return for all the effort you are spending.

If you resonate to this meaning more than to the presence of a problem person ... or a difficult set of your own attitudes, it is likely this is the message the card is sending to you.

You also have an important asset in your situation ... a helpful person or a very beneficial set of attitudes. This person is introspective -- but may have a very upbeat and enthusiastic personality. He (or she!) is loving, sensitive, caring, artistic, cultured, and eager to please. He may be quite imaginative ... someone who values both learning and social connections. Feelings are important to him ... and happiness in his world means having the opportunity to enjoy some of life's finer and more sophisticated pleasures.

He is diplomat, a natural psychologist, a peacemaker who knows how to work with the give and take of relationships. He has a kind, gentle, sentimental, and compassionate personality. He pays attention to his intuition ... and may be fairly described as "emotional" ... easily moved by empathy and concern. He is affectionate, easy to like, though also moody and idealistic ... possibly just a little too impractical and trusting to move easily through this world.

This energy may come in the form of another person -- or it may be parts of your own personality coming to the forefront to aid you or promote their own further development. It may also represent a sudden intuitive feeling, dream or creative inspiration about something you are trying to accomplish or become -- something which offers you the encouragement you've been looking for and enables you to go forward.

Further, it can signal the beginning of a new relationship, a new emotional connection, or involvement in a new creative venture.

You have abundant emotional support, happiness, joy, love, and possibly a new relationship, partner, or ally to use in dealing with this matter. This is having a significant influence on your thinking and choices.

You are in a situation of chaos and confusion where you are not thinking clearly or realistically. You may be pushing your ideas at the wrong time or in the wrong way. You are not getting the results you want ... or the respect you think you deserve. You may not know what you believe ... or even what to think at this point.

You may not be telling -- or receiving -- the truth about your circumstances. You may be acting on a bad idea or misinformation. You or someone influential in your situation may not be communicating well. You or someone influential in your situation may have a bad attitude.

You may also face serious challenges to some idea you are working with. You do, however, realize what is going on here ... and are able to work with the problems of this energy directly and openly.

You have reached a time of celebration, joy, success, and satisfaction. This may only be an interim stage of resolution for this issue overall, but at least it is a triumphant one. You should be pleased by and appreciated for what you have accomplished, but for some reason you are not applying this energy to your own benefit as much as you might. You may not understand that this is available to you. Or you may not yet have seen enough evidence of its existence to feel you can trust it.

Soon, you will have to cope with a problem personality -- or set of attitudes. This person is domineering, obstinate, vengeful, cruel. She (or he!) places too much emphasis on her own image -- and is insecure in this identity. She is insincere, shallow, condescending, jealous ... and may pick at or find fault with others in order to undermine their confidence. This may be a tactic to build up her own flagging or unsteady self-image.

Her attitudes are demanding, petty, rigid, vain, lacking in compassion and sympathy. She is narrow-minded, bitter, controlling, ruthlessly competitive, and angry. This person is self-absorbed, self-centered, and may be given to "ambushing" people -- as a tactic for gaining power.

This may, indeed, be another person you have to cope with -- or it may be an inner personality of yours that is causing trouble, and that has come to the surface now so you can confront and correct its counterproductive effects.

Long term, a moment of ingenious inspiration awaits your arrival ... an idea that may hit you like a lightning strike, it is so powerful ... and potentially significant.
