This is a reading on your relationships -- describing the major theme of your association with other people right now. This includes partners, friends, parents, children, other family members, and all others who are contained in the relationships that have your attention now.

You feel in control of life around you. You see clearly ... with understanding and wisdom. This marks an important change in consciousness, viewpoint, or philosophy. It is a time of enlightenment and restored peace and harmony.

It may also accompany a change of attitude, the ability to see things in a more positive light. You solve your problems by thinking about them differently ... and more rationally. You recognize this peaceful oasis for what it is -- and work with its benefits openly and directly.

You are also "running on empty," fretting, over-wrought, and not getting enough rest. You may need some substantial "down-time" in order to recuperate -- but you may not feel you can afford that luxury. For now, you may prefer to ignore the implications of this handicap ... or you may not feel you have any choice but to "work around it."

You are in circumstances where money is a problem. This experience may cost you more than you expected, or money you were counting on may evaporate or not arrive, or a lack of resources plays a pivotal part moving things to closure. You need to be cautious and conservative concerning money, financial arrangements, investments, the use of resources and possessions, and your channels of income.

Beware of believing promises that may let you down seriously if they don't materialize. You need to control your expenses ... and know where your money is coming from as well as where it is going. You may not see ways to compensate for or cope with this challenge well -- but at least you are able to deal with the situation openly, honestly, and directly. You realize the impact this has on your thinking and choices ... and it has your full attention now.

Alternatively: This card can indicate a time when you are reorganizing your spending habits, probably in response to changes in your personal values. You may be bringing your financial transactions into closer alignment with your ideas and beliefs.

You are in a situation of restlessness, desire for change, and a need to restore balance to circumstances that have gone off center. You need to deal with unfairness, pressure, and coercion. You may also have to confront wastefulness, self-indulgence, and instability -- either from you or from someone influential in your situation. Overbearing attitudes and unnecessary force may be on display -- either from you or from someone else.

You are misdirecting your energy ... and perhaps placing yourself under tension and stress, which may affect you physically. You need moderation and greater mental clarity. You or someone else may be overly opinionated, self-willed, compulsive, and self-centered.

You are operating on "automatic pilot" ... or are otherwise out of control or failing to give proper direction to your life. You are out of touch and off-track, but at this point you do consciously realize this and are able to work with the problem directly and honestly.

You have an tremendously important unused resource in your situation. You are in circumstances of happiness, support, positive relationships, stable emotional conditions, and tremendous satisfaction. Life is reliable, predictable, secure, peaceful, good ... and you should enjoy being here. But, for some reason, you are not applying this to benefit to your own advantage.

This is a time when you ought to be able to rely on your feelings, know what to expect, what you can count on, and who your "friends" are. It may be you simply don't trust your situation enough to know you can turn to this resource as completely as you can.

In the short term, you may have to cope with someone who does not accept opposition well, who isn't overly helpful or sympathetic, who may have the idea that his way is the only way. Attitudes of intolerance, self-righteousness, narrow-mindedness, and willful dominance pollute the atmosphere ... coming either from you or from someone else, and possibly both.

Alternatively: You may have to reconsider the direction you are taking and the kind of leadership you are offering yourself with your choices and goals. Something about your vision and ambitions may be off-track -- either in the intensity with which you are pursuing wrong-headed decisions or the lack of commitment you have to your own declared intentions.

New sources of income and new professional opportunities wait on the horizon. You are beginning a new effort of material creation ... which could eventually bring an improved lifestyle -- and more healthful conditions -- as well as more money and more to show for your investment of time and energy.
