You will reach a place where worries are greatly diminished ... maybe even eliminated, where fears are reduced ... and released, and where life is simply better in all dimensions.

Consider this a lesson in overcoming vanity, when you stop being your own worst enemy -- or succumbing to the pressures and blandishments of others who do not have your best interests at heart. It's also a time when you redefine "selfishness" and what you "need" in order to be happy.
