These, or very similar experiences, are some of the possibilities for the week ahead.

This week's events may show you in no uncertain terms that you need to take better care of yourself, that you need new interests and new passions to get you involved with life again.

You will likely realize that you've been fooling yourself about the satisfaction levels you have ... and understand that you simply have to have "more" of something. (And maybe more of everything!)

This is the energy of "burn-out" ... in which you find yourself asking "Is that all there is?" ... and then deciding you've got to find some more satisfying answers to that question than the ones available to you now. Until you do, the emotional inertia may be crushing.

This is a clear signal that you have given too much to "other people" ... and left nothing in reserve for yourself.

You are exhausted from having over-extended yourself and not honored your own limits and boundaries. If nothing else, this experience may prompt you to finally put some limits on your own generosity and start taking yourself into consideration more than you've been doing up til now.

Unfortunately it may take this "moment of truth" where you wind up tired, drained, exhausted, and emotionally ripped-off as a result of catering so constantly to the needs and wants of others for you to make the adjustments you need.

If you reach the point this week where you realize you are not receiving the satisfaction, appreciation, recognition, or payment you really deserve, despite doing a good job at what you offer ... it's time to take a long hard look at the arrangements you've put in place for yourself -- and come up with a better deal.
