These, or very similar experiences, are some of the possibilities for the week ahead.
There's not much sugar-coating to go with this card. It could be a difficult week for you emotionally. The atmosphere that prevails may contain considerable sorrow, pessimism, regret, and despondency. For a sign that is especially prone to the effects of hurt feelings and painful emotions, this could leave you really wrung our and ready for something better next week.
Fortunately, this time, too, shall pass, although you may have to "adjust your thinking" on some matter that has come forcefully to your attention, perhaps something you've tried to avoid ... unsuccessfully, it seems.
The energy of this card is often about discovering truths you never wanted to know ... and so, as I said, you may have avoided facing "the real facts" until finally you couldn't ignore reality any longer.
You may be either the cause of ... or the victim of ... this hurtful situation. And often there is a large helping of unfairness and anger that goes with this moment, as if someone really chooses you as a target to "vent his frustration" whether you deserve this treatment or not.
It can be an experience that not only hurts, but pulls up a lot of bitter memories, regrets, negative thinking, wounded pride, and bruised feelings.
The advantage you have now is to be on guard for such a moment ... and see it for what it is when it arrives ... one of life's bumpier potholes, for sure. But it will, indeed fade. So ... put on your best suit of armor, and don't let the b***s get you down.
