Venus in Aquarius square Jupiter in Scorpio

When Venus is square to Jupiter, the mood is self-indulgent, lazy, pretentious, even wasteful, with emphasis on idleness, lavish consumption, "social graces," and extravagant spending. Often "manners" are a camouflage for resentment, contempt, or other emotions you wish to conceal or deny. You're inclined to be nice to people you don't especially like, just to avoid "problems," even if that means not standing up for yourself well.

Jupiter in Scorpio (especially squared by Venus in Aquarius) encourages you and your partners to "talk each other into overspending" your shared assets on pleasures and projects that are self-indulgent, interesting and unusual, but not terribly practical. (Ok, we all need a few hyacinths for the soul ... and having to be practical all the time is SUCH a drag!!) Just try to draw the line somewhere sensible. You'll thank yourself (maybe) when the Visa bill arrives next month. (I have this aspect in these signs in my Natal Chart. Take it from me. I know what I'm talking about.)
