The Sun in Virgo opposing Uranus in Pisces

Appropriate isn't it, that Labor Day in the United States falls smack in the middle of Virgo -- the Zodiac sign dedicated to work, service, taking care of business ... and tending to all the little details? Well, now along comes an opposition between The Sun in Virgo and Uranus in Pisces ... as a reminder that you also need to take care of yourself, include your needs and wishes on your To-Do List, and not get so caught up in knocking yourself out for others that you lose your claim to independence and privacy.

If you have placements in your Natal Chart near 13° of Virgo or Pisces, this opposition brings something else of value from your life, your habits, your basic character into the current scuffle between "serving others" and "being your own person" -- something described by the metaphors of this additional placement.

Wherever these configurations fall in your Natal Chart, you are dealing with relationships that involve "giving service to others" on the one hand ... and "being sufficiently yourself" on the other ... and the need to balance these two vital considerations.
