I stumbled across your site by accident about a year ago and admit to being a skeptic. Over the last year or so I have been stunned by the accuracy of your tarot predictions each week. This Sunday's prediction was for the end to financial hardship. On Monday I received an offer of employment which arrived after over a year of unemployment due to illness. Not only was it a job for which I am well qualified, but also a 40% pay increase over what I was earning before I became unwell, and working in an industry I had never before considered. This not the first time you have been correct -- you've predicted major arguments, frustrations, and unexpected travel. I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't more to tarot than meets the eye!

Mercury in Scorpio turned retrograde Saturday afternoon. It will turn direct again on November 17. Those who know what that means know the aggravations to expect and accommodate during this time, which this year ... as I've said ... promises to be especially "attention getting." With so much energy in Scorpio right now, change on a formidable scale is underway somewhere in your life between now and the beginning of 2007. In this entry, we're dealing with Mercury's retrograde path through Scorpio as it retreats from 25° of Scorpio back to 9° of Scorpio.
Mercury is the Astrological metaphor for thinking, studying, learning, and communication. It deals with all manner of topics involving your language skills and intellectual interests. When Mercury is retrograde, people become increasingly aware of the need to think and communicate more clearly. It emphasizes a need to refocus thinking, reorganize opinions, and redirect the way you use knowledge. Misunderstandings, forgetfulness, and "fuzzy logic" increase.
If you have placements in your Natal Chart near 9° through 25° of any sign, this Mercury Retrograde cycle will draw other elements of your life into the mix of changes underway now, and bring additional complications for you to cope with.
