Mars conjunct Pluto in Sagittarius

Conjunctions in Sagittarius show energies that are joining forces to bring on expansion, new educational ventures, changes in your worldview and philosophical outlook, and the chance to do more, have more and be more ... in at least one vital and highly productive area of your life. You may begin working with "foreign concepts" ... information you have just discovered (or learned) or ideas you've never tried to apply to your life in this way before. Which is what makes them ... foreign. If this sounds a bit like teaching an old dog new tricks ... well, I wouldn't argue with that. (Let's see how well we all learn what Life is trying to show us.)

When positively supported, this is arguably one of the most progressive, constructive, powerful combinations possible. When frustrated and opposed it is horrifyingly explosive in its destructive capabilities. This is certainly an energy combination to respect ... and treat with care. The dangerous consequences of not realizing just how much one is "playing with fire" -- and behaving otherwise ... can be deadly. Believe it.

The Moon's trek through Sagittarius this month finds a lot of congenial support from the transiting Aquarius placements (Venus and Neptune -- relationships, money, and your creative imagination), the conjunction with transiting Jupiter and Pluto (your ability to acquire and use new information and passionately pursue new plans as a result) and a trine to Saturn in Leo (the resolve to pour all this change into constructive, durable results.)

This week's background plans and "adjustments in outlook" could produce important changes in the choices you make and the directions you travel when the energy picks up again, urging you to create "solid results" in the Sagittarius / Capricorn area of your Natal Chart after the New Moon in Capricorn forms Thursday night. Remember, planning and timing are essential in any worthwhile creative effort. So take the necessary -- and available -- time you have during the Dark of the Moon this month ... starting Tuesday around Noon (MT) ... and lasting until The New Moon forms in Capricorn ... at 9 PM (MT) Thursday night. Life will look different -- and clearer to you -- come next week-end.
