The Full Moon in Leo
Opposing the Sun in Aquarius

Still, the Full Moon in Leo brings a warm, playful, charismatic energy that wants to be noticed ... one that will make an effort to satisfy this yen. Metaphorically, with the Moon in Leo time to assess your personal talents and compare them to your long-term goals. The inner, emotional part of you wants applause, attention, and plenty of cheering from the assembled throngs -- for the deeply generous, highly visible, flamboyant character you can be ... when you try.

If you have Natal Chart placements near 13° of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius ... the next few weeks may hold special challenges for you. If you have Natal Chart placements near 13° of Aries, Gemini, Libra, or Sagittarius, you have natural help available to help channel this energy productively in the area of your chart where this additional placement resides.

This aligns the Moon with cautious, conservative Saturn in Leo ... while it opposes not just the Sun, but Neptune, too, in Aquarius. The "sane and sensible" side of your nature has an edge this year during this Full Moon passage. But your idealized dreams and longings as you watch the movies in your mind will bring a sharp touch of melancholy ... nevertheless. It's a day to listen to your heart's desires ... and consider possibilities, even if for now you're likely to "play it safe" ... and not take undue risks. All things considered, that's a better choice when dealing with the material world and its special hazards.

The The New Moon forms in Aquarius in a couple of weeks ... with some nice sextiles between the Sun, Moon and Pluto (the chance for permanent improvements and advantageous changes) on the day itself ... and Pisces energy this year (starting February 18) is especially creative and "liberating" ... so if by then you still feel you need to kick up a ruckus and launch a "special adventure" ... just to keep the adrenaline pumping ... at least take the time between now and then to line up your shots ... and plan your moves. You'll get more bang for your buck!!
