Mercury moved into Aquarius late Monday night.
It will travel there until March 14.
(Mercury retrogrades in Aquarius this year.)

Mercury, scooting along at practically the speed of light now, is preparing for a slow-down later this month. It will retrograde in Aquarius starting January 28 -- just about the time retrograde Mars goes direct. (As Gilda Radner used to say ... it's always something!!)

It's a good day to tend to routine housekeeping chores -- which, of course, can have on-the-job applications, too. The New Moon in Capricorn formed this morning -- so we're at least on the upswing of the curve ... but don't expect to get much of note done until tomorrow ... or beyond. The rest of the week, actually, looks nice. Take a little breather here while Life rearranges itself along Capricorn's sensible path, and enjoy the smooth sledding between now and Saturday. Once again the week-end itself looks kind of sicky. You might want to keep your expectations modest.

The Moon in Capricorn brings its usual sober, conservative attitude to Monday morning's business. Remember, though, we are deep into the Dark of the Moon ... and anything "important" needs to wait for New Moon energy to turn out anything worth having. By the way, I need to make a quick correction to the New Moon timing contained in the last issue of this Ezine. It's another of those awful I-saw-the-mistake-just-as-I-hit-the-send-button moments. The New Moon in Capricorn forms at 4:37 AM (MT) on Tuesday morning ... not PM. So, you won't get to snooze quite as long as you hoped. (I know ... bummer!!) But that gives us a better bit of a jump on Wednesday's work. The Cosmos giveth ... and the Cosmos taketh away. And so it goes.
