Do you or a loved one have a Natal Moon in Capricorn?

For about 2 1/2 days of every month, the Moon is in Capricorn, lending its trademark emphasis on practical results and common sense to the character of the person it describes. If the Moon was in Capricorn when you were born, you have Capricorn's determination, self-discipline, and "good head for business" as a strong part of your personality -- in addition to your Sun Sign qualities ... no matter what your Sun Sign may be.

If you have a Capricorn Moon and a less compatible Sun Sign ... such Aries, Cancer, Libra, Gemini, or Leo, you may show the Capricorn side of your character more with family members, "at home," or in situations where you feel you need to "be in control." People with Capricorn Moons often come from family circumstances where they were required to "grow up fast," be especially mature -- even when young, and take on an extra helping of important responsibility -- for themselves and possibly for others.

You expect a lot from yourself -- because a lot has always been expected of you -- and you transfer this same rigorous agenda onto what you require from your family relationships. You can be demanding and inflexible with family members ... and you absolutely insist that your "status" inside the family circle be respected. Family is not a "fun concept" for you, but rather a source of duty, commitment, and obligation -- which can be heavy and exacting, depending on the attitude you take toward this seemingly constant condition.
