Inject Passion Into Every Day

Do you want the answer to this question: how can I make my life more passionate right now?

Great news is here! Better still, it's really quite simple.

All you have to do is this: take one of these five methods for injecting passion into your life right now and commit to taking the action it recommends.

That's all.

If you do that, you WILL experience greater passion in your life.

24 hours from now you will stop and say,

WOW! It worked!

Without another moment...let's get started.

1. Passionate Awakening: Look with an awakened eye, listen with an awakened ear, feel with an awakened sense of touch. In each moment, awaken to learning. It is truly VERY exciting that you will NEVER know it all! None of the geniuses of history have ever known it all..so as you live your day, look at all you encounter as if you were seeing it for the very first time. Awaken Passionately!

2. Passionate Connectivity: Practice making connections: with other people, with ideas, with completely unrelated objects. Your brain kicks into gear when you weave possibilities. Studies show one of the ways to flex your brain is to fire up your neurons through seeing how seemingly unrelated objects have associations.

Especially tune into the moments when you fall out of connection. In those moments, when the figurative door slams. This is serve to block passion indefinitely. Being alert and aware of this condition allows you to take intentional action and re-open the door. Connect Passionately!

3. Passionate Focus: From an unforgettable lesson from my Driver's Ed class in high school: "Aim High in Steering". In other words, focused on what is in front of you along the horizon while staying completely present to all that is around you.

From this perspective, the view around you is exponentially greater. If you look down, you can not see above you. If you look up, you can't see below you. If you look straight ahead, you can see up and down and left and right. Focus Passionately!

4. Passionate Creativity: Commit to some sort of creativity practice daily. The length of time does not matter so much as the significance to the ongoing commitment. If you do not know what might be your greatest creative outlet, try different techniques until you find a fit.

It may be drawing or writing or singing or dancing or it may be a personalized montage of deliberate and artful activities. Create Passionately!

5. Passionate Flow: Live your life as a game that you are compelled to play ingeniously and completely. Don't limit yourself.

An example: if you are yearning to be promoted at work, see how you can devise a playful, challenging scenario and system to achieve maximum results while keeping a carefree attitude. Creating such a free flowing structure attracts success which allows passion to stream forth vigorously. Flow Passionately!

Choose whichever step fires you up the most and begin to run with it. After a day or two, choose another step. Continue to add deeper dimensions and watch as your life becomes more passionate by the moment.
