When I have visited some of these 'type' of sites (yours is 'most unique,' and I do not bunch it together with the others:):) I had never gotten the one-on-one interaction like I do here...most are not 'personal' and do not have the 'human touch' as you and your staff give it.

~ Frederick William Faber ~It is early Saturday morning. Even in June in Bakersfield, the air has that crisp, crinkly feeling just like opening a tightly wrapped gift. Opening the box, you look in and see ... Festive tissue paper waiting to be excitedly peeled away.
I can hear Sam moving and grooving on his rocking elephant. Katherine and Emma are exceptionally calm. Our agenda is clear and uncluttered for these first few hours of the day. I have dishes soaking in suds, waiting for my hands to wash them clean and my heart to express gratitude for each meal, for each person, for each moment in connection and caring.
The sprinkler is dancing across the lawn, replenishing the lawn as these quiet moments replenish my spirit.
One could look at this scene as ordinary and routine. Just another moment.
And one may choose to look at this scene as incredible enriching " delightful " extraordinary.
I choose to see each day, each morning, each moment as a newly unwrapped gift, straight from the Divine to me.
This weekend, take special care and notice as the Divine hands you blessings in the most "mundane" moments. Fully be one of those people who find joy and allow the overflowing abundance of such elation to bubble onto others around you, friends and "not yet friends" alike.
