The New Moon in Leo
The Moon in Leo has joined the Sun in Leo ... in the configuration needed to form the New Moon in Leo.
The New Moon in Leo is a double dose of showmanship and pride. It can also be a double dose of ego power and self-confidence, which is great under the right circumstances, and necessary for healthy self-esteem. But it can be a fine line to walk, that territory between justified satisfaction with one's own power and talents and insufferable conceit.
This year's New Moon in Leo adds the formidable power of Mars closely conjoined to the pair, bringing an eagerness for action and intense initiative to this already highly heated combination. There may not be a stronger aspect in this lifetime for taking action to bring you and your talents, your creative skills, and your ability to command recognition and applause out onstage where it can be witnessed and admired.
And with Jupiter, the symbol of bounty, expansion, increase, and "good fortune" about to come across this placement at 16° of Leo in a couple of weeks, not once but three times -- because it retrogrades starting in December until March of next year -- what you start in the next couple of months is destined to expand into something truly fine. What you have in your sights now is just the bare beginnings. You may not recognize this creation when it's finished, its dimensions will grow so much.
In retrospect you will ask yourself why you didn't see the "big picture" of this project back from the very beginning, but the truth is, you will need to discover a lot along the way and incorporate it into your total plan with a number of revisions along the way. Realize right now, from the beginning that this will happen, that it is truly part of the process and allow for this as you move forward.
Moreover, with the trine to Pluto available now, too, changes and improvements taking place in another area of your life will help this expansion happen ... and vice versa. (The expansive efforts will boost the improvements taking place in the area Pluto occupies in your chart.)
