Mercury in Pisces
Until March 13
Mercury has moved into Pisces
where it will travel until March 13.
When Mercury is in Pisces, ideas are diffuse, creative, imaginative, and saturated with emotions. Attitudes show empathy, compassion and discerning insight. This is an idealistic energy, that operates on feelings ... with extraordinary access into the creative channels of the subconscious mind.
It is impressionable, psychic, mystical, visionary and fond of artistic symbolism. You (and humanity in general!) may want to retreat into solitude, meditation, contemplation, daydreaming or some artistic pursuit -- purely for the chance to get back in touch with your creative or spiritual center.
This is a great time for planning, creative visualization, fantasizing (which prompts action!!), and "repair" work on your psyche. This energy can give a channel into consciousness -- and your own intuition -- from direct contact with the Divine Source more easily than any other combination. It is malleable, inspirational, and transcendent. Accordingly, communications may be vague, unfocused and fraught with feeling.
Under stress when Mercury is in Pisces, attitudes and thoughts become helpless, hypersensitive, impractical, and confused. Anxiety and irrational fears are a problem. You are easily fatigued, disorganized, neurotic and fragile. You may act on ideas that are deluded, gullible or unrealistic. This is a secretive energy that may not communicate directly.
Instead, it uses implication, innuendo, or "talks in symbols" ... and expects others to decode the meaning. If things get really tough, thinking becomes obsessive, paranoid and completely out of touch with reality. This is the double-edged sword of inspired genius ... that also treads constantly on the fine line of insanity.
